Are the colors shown on the website appearing accurately on my screen ?
Leather Ideas is not responsible for any color variations between the photograph and the actual product. However, we have tried to accurately portray the colors, but screen resolution and quality of monitors can have an effect on the displayed image.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
- What happens if I receive an incorrect/faulty item ?
Items are considered faulty if a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase.
Please do not send back equipment via any other method without permission from Leather Ideas by emailing us at email@example.com
If you have received confirmation from us to return a damaged and or incorrect item(s) then please follow the instructions provided from our Customer Services team and return the item(s) within 7 working days of this confirmation being received
- What happens if I cannot see my refunds in my accounts ?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It can take some banks 1-2 weeks to process. Please contact your bank or credit card company to ask when you can expect a refund to post.

- What is the refund procedure ?
Its perfectly fine to change your mind after you have purchased a product from us. If you decide its not the right product for you, we will do our best to help you out.
In order to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery via our email email@example.com with your order no. and we will provide further instructions (Please do not dispatch the product without our instructions). We’ll even pay the return shipping costs if the return is result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in new condition. We do not accept returns on personalized items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund, if applicable, will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Processing time will depend on your method of payment and your bank’s policies.
- When do you process my order once received ?
All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, however some orders may ship within as few as 4 hours and some may take up to 5 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
- Do you do international deliveries outside Australia/NZ region ?
At present, we do not deliver outside Australia and New Zealand. But, we are on top of it, and it won't be long before we offer our amazing products and customer service to our international customers. Stay tuned !
- Who pays for custom duties and taxes ?
Leather Ideas is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
- What happens if my parcel gets damaged during transit ?
Leather Ideas is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- How safe is it to use my Credit Card for the purchase ?
It is very safe. When you have placed an order with us using your Credit or Debit card, your details are very securely exchanged with our payment processor used by Shopify. Shopify is used by thousands of Merchants across the globe.
Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code systems are utilized for that extra layer of protection.
