Returns Policy

Its OK to change your mind after you have purchased a product from us. If you decide its not the right product for you, we will do our best to help you out.

In order to return an item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery via our email info@leatherideas.com.au with your order no. and we will provide further instructions (Please do not dispatch the product without our instructions). We’ll even pay the return shipping costs if the return is result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

 

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met.

  • Product must be unused, in original condition, tags intact, and in its original packing.
  • Embossed items cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final.
  • Face masks cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Sale merchandise is eligible for exchange or store credit up to 60 days from purchase.
  • Returns will be refunded to original form of payment.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund, if applicable, will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We will deduct initial shipping cost from the refund amount, if your order was eligible for free shipping. Processing time will depend on your method of payment and your bank’s policies.
